Sorry for the neglect gang - expired coupons update

Life has been so crazy around my home lately!
My office was being redone, tons of good deals at Jewel, church Easter cantata, and so much more.

In the meantime I found out that my lovely Jewel stores will no longer be accepting expired coupons, so this week I went too time and redeemed over $900 worth of expired coupons - mostly for freebie items.
I do know that some Dominicks will take expireds.  Ultra foods takes them for a certain amount of time - the store here takes them up to 6 months.  Food 4 Less will take them for 2-3 years after expired dates.
I have yet to visit F4L and Ultra and check them out.  Will post deals as I find them.

I am having a big garage sale this coming week - weather permitting, so will try to update this as time allows!

My new favorite site is HOT COUPON WORLD - totally free access to INCREDIBLE amounts of information about all major chain stores and many grocery stores.  If your's isn't listed - you can still ask questions.  Find info about catalinas and register rewards as well as online shopping!  Combine this with Refund Cents for Walgreens and CVS and you are ready to take on the world!

There are 2 deals that overlap each other at Jewel this week.  10/$15 Kelloggs and the milk deal. 

 

10/$15 Kelloggs deal= Buy 10 boxes of Kelloggs cereal, cereal bars, cereal to go, rice krispies, keebler cookies and I think a couple other items, you will save $10 instantly at the register making them 10/ $15.

~~ And the milk coupons are good up to $4.69 BUT they will only take off the actual amount of the milk. A friend tried it and the cashier had to manually enter the price of the milk. And it does say ANY flavor so you could have fun with it and get some Chocolate!!

You can freeze and refreeze shredded cheese - but not recommended for block cheese - it makes it crumbly after thawing - or you can shred the block first and then freeze it - or if crumbly is ok - freeze away. SO stock up those freezers!


update - the packages of 2% singles did not generate the $3 catalina - I did call them and will update this when I hear back from them.
Also - I did get 2 packages of the 2% string cheese sticks on sale 2/$6 - you can do an order like
